Assisting

We are our name. Msaada means assistance in Kiswahili, the language of East Africa. We do not provide funding, but instead provide assistance as a project partner. Our purpose is to work alongside others in the Developing World, in cooperation with their funding organizations, with the ultimate goal of improving the human condition.

The Developing World

We serve where the need is greatest. The services which Msaada provide focus on assisting those organizations with building projects dedicated to life enhancing services such as education, medical and spiritual expression. Our portfolio includes a majority of projects in rural locations where basic human needs are greatest.

With Design

We are professional architects. Though we believe in the power of creativity to solve world issues, it must not be about the profession of architecture or the advancement of self. Our purpose should be simply to use our skills and talents which have been given by God to serve our fellow humans. We are called to give our best in professional service. We serve our global neighbors by effectively meeting their health, educational and spiritual needs; not by winning design competitions.

& Dignity

We serve people. Though we are called to create buildings and the built environment, our ultimate focus is people. Our purpose is to provide improved healthcare, educational opportunities, places of spiritual expression, and better living conditions so that people in all nations can live with dignity.
