Center for Street Children

For a child in Kenya, growing up on the street means no home, no safe place to call their own, no school and oftentimes no sense that anyone cares for them. The Catholic Sisters of the Precious Blood order is working to alleviate these negative pressures by operating a children’s day care center and school for students currently or formerly living on the streets of Nairobi. Msaada designed several new buildings for the campus, including classroom and administration buildings; a science laboratory; an assembly hall; toilet facilities and various site improvements.
